1. The Importance Of Exercise In Your Program

From the get-go, I will tell you the one simple truth that many diet programs don’t mention, but that can (and will) skyrocket your weight-loss results through the roof. If you decide to listen to me and take this seriously, you will have taken a very, very important step toward your dream physique.

Exercise is the best and the only way to healthily and permanently burn excess fat and improve your body composition. Although proper nutrition is a good start for you, exercise is what really transforms your body. Lean protein, natural complex carbs, good fats, tons of vegetables, water, and so forth are the power fuels your body will use to exercise and are the raw materials that will rebuild a healthier, leaner and more muscular body.

Why exercise is so, so important!

In the "Weight Loss Nutrition Guide" I explained how you can lose weight from body fat. It is about creating a good calorie deficit while maintaining your optimal metabolism. This is the key.

What this means: eat frequent, small protein-rich meals, get your food from natural sources, avoid processed foods and trans and saturated fats, and eat less calories than you burn during the day — but don’t cut them down drastically if you don’t want your metabolism to suffer. In the same section, I explained how many calories there are in a pound of body fat and what this means for you.

Let’s repeat again:
1 pound of fat = 3500 kCal This means that if you want to burn fat at acceptable rates (i.e. 1-2 pounds per week) you need to create a deficit of 3500-7000 kCal per week or 500-1000 kcal per day.

So, to burn fat you need a large enough calorie deficit — but you should not cut your calories too much, in order to preserve your metabolism. How can this be done? I am sure you already know the answer: EXERCISE!

Yes, believe it or not, you will need some kind of aerobic exercise in order to create greater calorie deficit and burn the excess fat. But that’s not all. Exercise is the key that can unlock the door to your dream physique. I am not talking here about losing 10 lbs or 20 lbs or even 50 lbs… I am talking about having the body of your dreams, the body you never thought you would have. Guys, imagine a body as ripped and muscular as Brad Pitt’s in "Troy." Ladies, try to imagine yourselves with a body every man would admire and every girl would envy.

Good news! This is possible ... with no magic ingredients, pills or machines — just your own will and the priority you will give to your exercise and nutrition program. I promise you that if you start exercising seriously, after only a month you will love it and you will need it. The incredible effects it has on your whole body and mind will make exercising one of your best friends.
